L-TAN SUPER AIR CANNON utilizes a groundbreaking new design of a piston valve concept to solve material flow problems.
The L-TAN SUPER AIR CANNON will work safely and efficiently in the plant’s normal environment. 30 to 50 PSI is the only requirement. No auxiliary compressors needed to provide high pressure or high volume air.

L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons have been specially designed to improve force output, efficiency, and temperature tolerance. We did not follow the common line of converting to more expensive, heavier, and bulkier external valve-type blasters, but have instead made improvements while minimizing maintenance requirements and manufacturing costs. The new patent design makes L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons the best value in the industry today, superior in performance and durability to any competitor’s product of any design at any price.
L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons produce more force than any other air blaster available today in any price range. A series of experiments performed in our test lab showed that under the same conditions, the L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons produced as much as 30% more blast force than any other comparable air blaster. Giving its enhanced air flow, the Super Air Blaster/Cannon shows better results that work correspondingly with the amount of pressure used by the vessel.
L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons systems are available for use in the most demanding high and low temperature applications and environments in the cement, steel, power station, chemical, incinerator and fertilization industry, along with other similar industries that require powder and granular storage.
The L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons is a compressed air reservoir with a rapid-opening valve that releases the air through large orifices. The faster the air discharges the greater the impact of the "blast”.
INSTANT RESULTS. The "blast” releases the tank’s full capacity within ¼ second. The piston’s valve fully opens to a minimal gap, yet multiple orifices are fully opened in about ¼ the diameter of the discharge pipe. This short piston travel minimizes component wear, while the direct air course maximizes the "blast," giving the hardest "punch" for the volume and pressure used. During industrial processes, when a material consolidation is detected, it's already too late. With L-Tan Super Air Blasters/Cannons, results are achieved within ¼ to ½ of a second. Based on the standard models listed here and the available accessories, we will create a bespoke system that will suit your unique needs.
The effectiveness of any Super Blaster and Super Cannon system depends almost entirely on proper installation. In other words, L-Tan Co. system is all about installing the right amount of proper sized units in the proper locations.
Trying to get by with too few or undersized cannons would be a waste of time — as would be placing them anywhere but aimed at the key areas causing the consolidation problem. It would also be a waste of time to have too many large cannons — especially when full evacuation might not be necessary for your specific needs.
